Individual intensives<\/h5>

An individual PRI intensive is a five-day program with an individual therapy session of 2 hours each day, with personal assignments around it to deepen your process.<\/p>\n

During the sessions, Ingeborg explores with you the emotional and behavioral patterns that you want to break. You will gain clarity on which unprocessed pain from your past unconsciously controls those feelings and behaviors. This gives you insight into the blueprint of your defense profile. <\/p>\n

Finally, you will go home with a concrete plan of action to continue applying PRI yourself after the intensive.<\/p>\n
