A sentence I hear from many of my clients and with which I wholeheartedly agree!<\/p>\n

PRI is so powerful to me because it not only provides insight & tools to live a lighter life, but also addresses the root of our suffering. In the business world, the Lean method is used to achieve flow: looking without judgment, tackling the root cause, and continuing to improve step by step. I see PRI as the Lean approach among therapies. <\/p>\n

What PRI has given me is that I have come to enjoy working with groups instead of being afraid of it. This allows me to mirror behavior much better. Also, my migraines have almost disappeared and I have less pain in my body. Furthermore, I finally understand why I often make myself small and work hard in relation to others, and I can reverse this. That saves so much energy! <\/p>\n
