Complaints Procedure PRI Netherlands
Providing good care and therapy also includes properly addressing (signals of) dissatisfaction with the method and treatment of our affiliated therapists. As of January 1, 2017, the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz) has come into effect, with which the government has legally established exactly what good care entails. In accordance with the Wkkgz, all PRI therapists are affiliated with a recognized professional association and disputes committee.
In accordance with the Wkkgz, each therapist will be able to assign a free and independent complaints officer to the client in case of dissatisfaction. This complaints officer advises the client on submitting a complaint. He also supports the client in both formulating the complaint and investigating solutions.
