This privacy policy applies to all site visits, transactions and agreements with PRI Nederland (Ingeborg Bosch PRI BV), Kvk 30091799, and PRI®International, hereinafter referred to as PRI®

We respect the privacy of all visitors to our website, https://www.pastrealityintegration.com, and ensure that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. You can read below how we do this, and what personal data we collect from you for what purposes.

The use of personal data

When you use our website(s), we obtain certain data from you. This may include personal data. We only store and use the personal data that is directly provided by you, within the framework of the service you requested (for example, via the contact form or for creating an account), or of which it is clear upon provision that it is provided to us for processing. We will not use your personal data for other purposes, unless you have given your prior consent or we are allowed or required to do so by law or agreement.

This implies that we, in any case:

  • Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which they were provided; these purposes and types of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy

PRI® processes data in the context of applications for PRI therapy or coaching, (Relationship) Intensives, registrations for workshops, newsletters, online courses, webinars, orders or visitors who otherwise contact us. After participating in our training courses, workshops, online courses and/or webinars, we may include your email address in our email list and we may inform you about other of our (online) products and services. You can unsubscribe from the email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our emails or by sending a request to remove your email address to admin@prionline.nl .

In addition to the above visitors, we also process data from newsletter readers and from our own employees and PRI therapists. In general, the provisions below also apply to the personal data that we process for these persons.

PRI® employees only consult personal data if this is necessary for the performance of their duties. Our ICT supplier maintains and manages the information provision. All necessary technical and physical security measures are taken. Should it - despite these measures - happen that third parties gain unauthorized access to personal data, PRI® will report this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and to the person or persons whose data are involved in the data breach.

Confidentiality & provision to third parties

We treat your personal data confidentially. We do not provide the personal data that we collect via our website(s) to third parties for direct marketing purposes of these parties. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you provide to other parties, unless you have given your prior consent for this, this is necessary in the context of the execution of the agreement or we are allowed or required to do so on the basis of the law or the agreement. An example of this is that the police requests (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to provide this data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so. We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processor agreement. With these parties (processors) we naturally make the necessary agreements to guarantee the security of your personal data.

We use a third party with whom we have a processor agreement for:

  • Taking care of the (financial) administration;
  • Taking care of newsletters and invitations;
  • Processing declarations or bank transactions;

We only process personal data of minors (persons younger than 16 years) if written permission has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

Retention periods

We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this privacy and cookie statement.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example, we have taken the following measures;

  • All persons who can access your data on behalf of PRI® are bound by confidentiality.
  • Only the necessary persons have access to your data and access to your personal data is protected. We use a TLS connection for this in any case.
  • We use a username and password policy on all our systems;
  • We pseudonymize and ensure the encryption of personal data if there is reason to do so;
  • We make back-ups of personal data to be able to restore it in the event of physical or technical incidents;
  • We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
  • Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data
