In the online course PRI BASICS, Ingeborg teaches you the basic PRI instruments. You will learn to explain the PRI circle, the basic theory explaining how our consciousness works and how daily situations can activate our defenses because they unconsciously touch old pain. You will also learn how to observe yourself to recognize your defenses and symbolic situations. Finally, you will learn how to dissect symbols to get an idea of the old pain that is touched by the symbol.

Ingeborg guides a group of five clients through all the modules. They share recognizable experiences from their daily lives and grow in the application of PRI during the course. You will also see Ingeborg do demos with them. PRI therapists and experienced PRI clients also share their experiences.

Further deepening of the PRI method and how advanced PRI instruments are used in practice.

In the online course ADVANCED, Ingeborg works with three people from the PRI BASICS course to take their development processes to a higher level.
